As though people who are fit tend to have a high self-esteem because of confidence as to people who are not fit tend to have low self esteem and not have enough confidence with themselves. The researcher studied that when the questionnaires were given out randomly to 50 students in Southville International School and Colleges. Studies show that more people are normal weight when being tabulated and checked. Meaning those students who have normal weight tend to stay healthy and exercise. But some studies were also shown that a lot of underweight students were also calculated, and being underweight is not healthy, and some students are overweight as well meaning they tend to eat a lot and not have enough physical exercise. the research recommend that we should motivate and help out people who have low self-esteem and motivate people who aren’t in the proper normal weight. Because studies show that people who are overweight have mostly low self-esteem with themselves meaning they aren’t that confident with their body unlike people who are normal weight and underweight because they aren’t being compared on judged. So meaning we should help out people who have low self-esteem and get them fit so that during the end of the day they have something to achieve in their lives instead of being laughed at or getting bullied.
